• Team Support & Task Distribution: Assisting the management team with organizing and delegating daily tasks.
• Team Planning: Managing and coordinating team schedules to ensure seamless operations.
• Social Media Management: Creating engaging photos and posts for our social media platforms, with the support of a professional service.
• Email Management: Handling incoming emails, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients and partners.
• Reservations: Managing reservations Restaurant Offers: Preparing and sending tailored restaurant offers for customers and events.
• Office Duties: Performing general administrative tasks.
• F&B Management: Supporting the organization and management of food and beverage activities.
