With a one-metre cake, 50 candles, the presence of Grand Duke Henri, several ministers, other prestigious guests and its members, Horesca celebrated its 50th anniversary this Tuesday at the Cercle Cité. It was an opportunity to look ahead to the major challenges facing the Luxembourg federation of hoteliers, restaurateurs and cafetiers.
